At Private Label Extensions, we strive for excellence and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange unopened, unused hair products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, with all tags and hygienic seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been brushed, washed, or installed.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure your return is identified and processed promptly upon arrival.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
